Second Minnesota police department enters kidnapping scandal linked to Clinton Global

Journalist's publishing court records regarding an organized kidnapping and child pornography operation are being targeted at their homes by Minnesota police. 

On April 11, 2018 a police officer from Inver Grove Heights Police Department visited the home of Sarah Westall, a business professor at the University of Minnesota that operates a journalism business.

Professor Westall said she was visited by an 'Officer Sloan' who asked her to remove source/reference audios she published regarding a video report she produced and posted on You Tube.

Officer Sloan was visiting Professor Westall at the behest of a court officer from Broward County, Florida that called the police to complain about the audios being published.  

Professor Westall's story pertained to Timothy Charles Holmseth, a journalist from East Grand Forks, Minnesota that was interviewed by the FBI in 2009 regarding evidence he obtained from key figures in a national profile kidnapping in Florida - a situation that found Holmseth targeted with death threats and voice changer calls.

One of the threatening calls came from Clinton Global on Holmseth's Caller ID.

Professor Westall told the police officer that everything she published was public data from court records and she was not obligated to remove it.

Professor Westall said Sloan admitted she had not broken any law.

History was literally repeating itself.

The Florida court officer that called the Inver Grove Heights Police on Professor Westall did the exact same thing in 2009 to Holmseth.

In 2009, Lt. Rodney Hajicek with the East Grand Forks Police Department telephoned Holmseth and suggested he stop publishing information about a Broward County, Florida court officer whom Holmseth interviewed regarding a national profile child kidnapping.

Hajicek made the ominous call to Holmseth as a favor to the court officer - admitting Holmseth had broken no law.

Holmseth’s communications with the court officer included Holmseth being copied on internal law office emails along with Rothstein, Rosenfeldt & Adler. The Florida law firm was headed by now infamous federal prisoner and Ponzi schemer Scott W. Rothstein who ran the largest Ponzi scheme in the history of Florida that involved victims of convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein.

Epstein is infamous for his flight logs that show he flew elites such as Bill and Hillary Clinton to his private island known as ‘Pedophile Island’.

POLICE CONSPIRACY

In 2012, secret emails from the private Gmail account of Lt. Hajicek revealed that in 2009, Hajicek began conspiring against Holmseth with a CNN journalist named Art Harris after FBI agents in Florida began using information they received from Holmseth about a missing child named HaLeigh Cummings.

In one email between Hajicek and Harris, Harris speaks of Holmseth to Hajicek and says, "He's got to be stopped".

BAR complaint records reveal Harris worked for the Florida court officer.

In 2009 during recorded interviews, a court officer from Broward County, Florida boasted to Holmseth she telephoned the Palatka Daily News and told the editor she wanted one of their news reporters “fucking fired”.

In 2017, Wikstrom Telephone Company, Karlstad, Minnesota contacted Holmseth and told him they could no longer host his website due to intimidating communications they were receiving.

HOLMSETH ARRESTED

On February 19, 2018 the EGFPD arrested Holmseth for allegedly publishing court records without redacting a certain name in violation of a court order from Broward County, Florida.  

The court records Holmseth allegedly published included audio of eyewitnesses to child pornography, organized international child sex trafficking, and judicial kidnapping.

Did a judicial officer illegally steal a baby from a young mother that was a witness in a national profile kidnapping case, in effort to coerce the young woman into making a false statement to detectives about an innocent person?

Timothy Charles Holmseth, East Grand Forks, an investigative journalists and author, says that is exactly what happened to a girl named Kristina Renee Prevatt.

Holmseth says he has audio proof that is the Polk County, Minnesota court files classified as "evidence" by a judge.

Prevatt was questioned by law enforcement in Putnam County, Florida in 2009 regarding knowledge they believed she had about the kidnapping of HaLeigh Cummings, 5.

According to Holmseth, a group connected to the HaLeigh Cummings kidnapping case targeted Prevatt and tried to make her lie about a girl named Misty Croslin. Holmseth says the group stole Prevatt's baby in hopes of soliciting a false statement.

The truth is on audio file at the Polk County Courthouse in Minnesota - and the public will soon know. Holmseth says the misconduct was captured on tape by the group that actually recorded the event themselves.

Gretchen Handy, the attorney representing Timothy Holmseth is going to be reviewing evidence in the case. Handy said she cannot comment further on the evidence until she's had "an opportunity to research it further."

On February 19, 2018 Holmseth was arrested in the middle of the night by the East Grand Fork Police Department for allegedly publishing the court files, which are public record.

On February 18, 21018 the police in East Grand Forks, Minnesota received a call from Broward County, Florida demanding Timothy Charles Holmseth be arrested for publishing court records online. Officers went to Holmseth's home in the early morning hours of February 19 and arrested him for allegedly publishing court files.

Something HUGE has happened in Polk County, Minnesota.

Court records and documents from a pending criminal prosecution against a Minnesota journalist who is accused of violating a Florida restraining order for publishing court records, reveals an attorney from Polk County believes he has significant knowledge regarding the veracity of specific evidence pertaining to an (alleged) international child sex trafficking operation.

The revelation has international implications.

Attorney Ronald Galstad, a private lawyer that contracts to prosecute for the City of EGF, is prosecuting investigative journalist and author Timothy Charles Holmseth for allegedly publishing court files and audio evidence recently accepted into evidence in the Polk County Court by Honorable Tamara Yon.

Galstad charges that on February 18, 2018 Holmseth violated a Minnesota restraining order statute, based upon an existing 'Injunction For Protection Against Repeat Violence' (Florida dating law) that was issued against Holmseth in Broward County, Florida in 2011 by the domestic violence division - in protection of a person Holmseth never met - nor he (Holmseth) having been to Florida. 

Records from the Discovery files reveal Galstad has a written opinion regarding Holmseth - which he gave to nearly every leading official in Polk County, Minnesota.

Contained in the Discovery packet of State of Minnesota vs. Timothy Charles Holmseth, is an email sent by Galstad to former CIA intelligence officer Robert David Steele.

Steele, a former spy and military intelligence officer once nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize, is the general counsel facilitating the International Tribunal for Natural Justice which is conducting a massive investigation into pedophilia with the assistance of former NSA intelligence leader William Binney, Congresswoman Cynthia McKinney, and others.

Holmseth is scheduled to testify in front of the Commission.

Records show on March 8, 2018 Steele composed a letter which was sent to Galstad via certified mail. Steele advised Galstad that Holmseth was a registered witness for the Commission and there was significant concern regarding Holmseth's safety.

Galstad replied to Steele on March 12 by email and copied the following officials:

Galstad said in his email:

"On another note you indicate Mr. Holmseth is scheduled to testify in London. I would only check the veracity of his claims. I cannot speak to the claims made against the authorities in Florida, but will let you know the claims against me have absolutely no basis in fact. Mr. Holmseth has a tendency to exaggerate and jump to baseless conclusions. I only say this out of respect for your cause directed at human trafficking and child abuse. I implore that you proceed with caution because Mr. Holmseth's testimony could do more harm than good," Galstad said.

In July of 2017 Holmseth submitted evidence to the 9th Judicial District Court in support of a MOTION TO VACATE prior orders, which was GRANTED by Honorable Yon on December 13, 2017.

Holmseth submitted the evidence because the East Grand Forks Police Department and the Minnesota Pine to Prairie Gang and Drug Task Force, with the assistance of Galstad, seized his computer in 2012 and destroyed the hard drive to get rid of the evidence, which Holmseth was finally able to resurrect in 2017.

The introduction to Holmseth's MOTION said:

PETITIONER brings this MOTION TO VACATE because NEW EVIDENCE that was not available at the time of trial shows adverse parties within Minnesota law enforcement and the larger interstate judicial community, criminally and civilly conspired with agents of a private corporation that received support from the U.S. Military to strategically create life-threatening conflict in the life of Parties’ minor child * * * * *  U. Holmseth; conflict that would be used to justify court actions against Plaintiff’s constitutional rights for the illegal purpose of protecting a criminal enterprise of child sex trafficking and child pornography.

Honorable Yon's Order said:

“Mr. Holmseth has presented a significant amount of evidence regarding his investigations. Both parties and this Court acknowledge and agree that any order in this case which may prohibit or restrict Mr. Holmseth from conducting said investigations are VACATED.”

Law enforcement in a small Northern Minnesota town commits unspeakable act that shocks the conscious

The police and city attorney in East Grand Forks, Minnesota possess evidence that child rape pornography was created of a child missing from Florida since 2009.

And they did NOT turn it over to the FBI.

Instead – it appears there is a collective effort to suppress the evidence by arresting and prosecuting the award-winning news reporter that uncovered a child sex trafficking operation.

Discovery files turned over to Defense Attorney Gretchen Handy by the Prosecution in State of Minnesota vs. Timothy Charles Holmseth reveal the police in East Grand Forks possess evidence that child pornography was created of a missing child named HaLeigh Cummings.

On February 19, 2018 the East Grand Forks Police arrested Timothy Holmseth for allegedly publishing a You Tube video that offered a link to a Google Drive that contained court documents and audio files.

EGFPD Officer Benjamin Deckert states in his report, “I went to Holmseth’s You Tube video. During the video a male states that his name is “Timothy Charles Holmseth” and the video was posted on a channel called Timothy Holmseth. The link in the description led to a shared Google Drive folder.” Deckert went on to say the Google Drive contained “court documents”.

Deckert said the court files contained a person’s name, which Holmseth is forbidden to publish per a court order issued in 2011 by a Broward County, Florida judge in the domestic violence division (DVCE) regarding a person Holmseth never met (Holmseth has never been to Florida).

The folder contained an Affidavit describing audios on a CD entered into evidence with the Polk County Court, which was positively recognized as “evidence” and resulted in a favorable ruling for Holmseth by Honorable Tamara Yon in December, 2017.

The audio includes an eyewitness account of Donald Knop, an employee of a Florida law office that held naked photos of HaLeigh Cummings that featured the five year-old's vagina in an assaulted state. Knop names everyone that he remembers holding the photos which ended up on a secret CD.

Holmseth is being prosecuted by Ronald Galstad, a private attorney that contracts with the City of EGF to prosecute people in district court.

Holmseth is an author and journalist being prosecuted for allegedly PUBLISHING something - he has never been investigated or charged with a violent crime.

Holmseth is filing a formal BAR complaint for misconduct against Galstad to the Office of Minnesota Lawyer Professional Responsibility.  

The situation has been brought to the attention of Attorney Kip Fontaine, supervisor, Minnesota Public Defenders Office, and Polk County Attorney Greg Widseth.

Holmseth is witness scheduled to testify before the International Tribunal for Natural Justice’s inquiry into pedophilia and has retained an attorney that is preparing a federal lawsuit.

Felony charges in adoption scam connected to Savanna Greywind case illuminate BAR complaint against East Grand Forks, Minnesota lawyer

The announcement of felony charges against Betty Jo Krenz, Woodworth, North Dakota for operating an adoption scam involving the baby of murder victim Savanna Greywind, is casting light on allegations against an attorney from East Grand Forks, Minnesota.

Ronald Galstad, an attorney with Galstad, Jensen, & McCann, contracts with the City of EGF to prosecute crimes on behalf of local police in district court; but may have now found himself on the other side of the law.

Timothy Charles Holmseth reported yesterday that allegations of attorney misconduct, and failing to report misconduct by another attorney, are being drafted against Galstad for failing to report his knowledge of an adoption scam involving a fellow attorney.

The complaint will be filed with the Minnesota Lawyer Professional Responsibility Board (OLPR).

The claims are extremely serious and mimick the Greywind murder/kidnapping case.

In addition to evidence showing Galstad covered up the illegal transfer of a child, Holmseth alleges Galstad possesses knowledge of court evidence and exhibits regarding industrial-level child trafficking and distribution of child pornography.

BAR violations may be only the beginning of Galstad’s legal troubles because of federal conspiracy laws.

On February 19, 2018, the East Grand Forks Police Department arrested Holmseth for allegedly publishing court records and audio files through a link below a You Tube video.

The files made available to the public on You Tube were/are public records with the 9th Minnesota District Court, and were instrumental in Holmseth obtaining a favorable ruling from Honorable Tamara Yon in December, 2017.

Galstad asserts Holmseth, who has never been to Florida, is in violation of a 'Repeat Violence' court order issued in a domestic violence court in Broward County, Florida by a person he never met.

Holmseth, a former award-winning news reporter, originally obtained the audio evidence from an employee of a Florida law office during his (Holmseth’s) journalistic investigation into the kidnapping of a missing child from Florida named HaLeigh Cummings.

The audio files include recordings that literally capture a group ‘in the act’ of threatening and coercing a young single mother from Florida, Kristina Renee Prevatt; a witness in the HaLeigh Cummings kidnapping case; to surrender her baby. The meeting captured on tape features Prevatt cornered by three members of the Florida legal community and without a lawyer.

The parallels between the Krenz/Savanna Greywind case and the Kristina Prevatt case show the methods were exactly the same in both cases.

“JB said she was not going to give up her daughter for adoption, but Krenz kept "pushing and pushing" and trying to "bully" her into it,” the Herald reported.

EYE WITNESS AND PARTICIPANT ADMITS THE CHILD WAS IMPROPERLY TAKEN FROM HER MOTHER

An affidavit by William E. Staubs, a private investigator from Broward County, Florida who was present when Prevatt was coerced into doing things against her will, reveals Prevatt and her baby were targeted because false testimony regarding the HaLeigh Cummings kidnapping was being sought from Prevatt and her child was a pawn in the scheme.

Staubs said Prevatt became suicidal after her daughter was taken away from her forever.

Kidnapping, child trafficking, and child pornography are federal crimes generally investigated by the FBI. The Minneapolis FBI has jurisdiction over both Minnesota and North Dakota.

Holmseth’s detailed complaint against Galstad is being reviewed by several attorneys including Kip Fontaine, supervisor, Minnesota Public Defender’s Office.

All of the audio files have made available to Fontaine and other lawyers.

• RULE 8.3: REPORTING PROFESSIONAL MISCONDUCT (a) A lawyer who knows that another lawyer has committed a violation of the Rules of Professional Conduct that raises a substantial question as to that lawyer’s honesty, trustworthiness, or fitness as a lawyer in other respects, shall inform the appropriate professional authority.

• RULE 8.4: MISCONDUCT It is professional misconduct for a lawyer to: (a) violate or attempt to violate the Rules of Professional Conduct, knowingly assist or induce another to do so, or do so through the acts of another; (b) commit a criminal act that reflects adversely on the lawyer’s honesty, trustworthiness, or fitness as a lawyer in other respects; (c) engage in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation; (d) engage in conduct that is prejudicial to the administration of justice; (e) state or imply an ability to influence improperly a government agency or official or to achieve results by means that violate the Rules of Professional Conduct or other law; (f) knowingly assist a judge or judicial officer in conduct that is a violation of applicable rules of judicial conduct or other law;
